Mother's Day FAQs
We have launched a special Mother's Day Flower Gifts Collection in collaboration with AnaHana Flower. The collection features a range of beautiful and unique flower arrangements that would make the perfect gift for any mother. Orders for the collection will be fulfilled by AnaHana Flower within 3 days of being placed, ensuring that the flowers are delivered on time.
This collaboration is only available for a limited time! As there are limited stocks available, orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis. So if you want to surprise your mom with a beautiful flower arrangement on Mother's Day, don't wait too long to place your order!
We aim to fulfill your orders as soon as possible, deliveries are made within 7 Business Days. Prioritized on a first come first serve basis.

Upon placing your order, we will schedule at our next available slot, where a delivery date have been allocated, we will resend on your order confirmation via email with your delivery date selected. Kindly let us know in your order notes should there be dates/time that you would like us to avoid so we would be able to schedule your new plant babies to smoothly. :)
Strictly no return/exchange on Sale/Campaign Items. Should there be any issues, kindly inform us immediately upon delivery via our Live Chat or email and we would be able to assist you with it!
